You go to the Creative Commons search site, here:
Choose the platform that you should, for example YouTube, and type what you are looking at the top right. A list of videos related to your search appears, choose the one that meets your needs, open it, go to its description you will find the words “Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed).”
So you are on the right voice, use it as you wish, YouTube videos are under a CC BY license (you can change it, use it for commercial purposes, citing the name of the author of the original version).
